2023학년도 2학기 대학원 외국인 재학생(복학예정자 포함) 장학금 신청방법을 다음과 같이 안내하오니 해당 학생은 기간내에 신청 및 서류제출바랍니다.

 1. 외국인 재학생 장학금 신청 및 장학사정 기간  Application Period for International Student Scholarship  

   - 학생신청기간 : 2023. 6. 12.(월) ~ 6. 23.(금) 17:00  

 2. 신청방법How to Apply  : 종합정보시스템Information System →장학관리Schoalrship Management →외국인장학신청Application 

3. 신청서 및 사정결과 제출 관련사항  What and where to submit 

   가. 학생 신청서류 제출 및 장소Where (학생 → 소속 학과 사무실Department Office )

     1) 장학금 신청서(학생URP 출력자료) 1부 Application Form (Print from Information System) 

     2) 어학성적증명서 1부 Language Proficiency Certificate(mandatory for all the applicants)

     3) 국민건강보험 자격득실확인서(2023. 6. 이후 발급본) 1부 Certificate of National Health Insurance : issued by National Health Insurance Service in June 2023. 

Please check attached map How to get to NHIS in gyeongsan.If you have internet banking certificate, you can get it on-line. Please check attachment.  If you are not allowed to join National Health Insurance by NHIS, please submit attached statement form.

       ※ 미입국이거나, 유학 외 비자 소지자 등 국민건강보험 가입이 불가한 경우 

          국민건강보험 미가입 확인서(붙임) 제출

     4) 개인 건강보험(민간보험)가입 확인서류 1부(유효기간 2024. 2. 29.이후)    

Certificate of Private (DB) Medical Insurance 

          (valid later than 2024. 2. 29., DB group insurance extension schedule notice will be annouced soon.)  

       ※ 상기 유효기간 내에 보험 종료자는 재가입 후 보험가입 서류를 제출하여야 하며 

          미제출시 장학금 신청 대상에서 제외(2023년 6월 중 재가입 방법 안내 예정)

If your insurance does not meet valid date condition, you have to extend and submit it. Scholarship will be cancelled if the insurance certificate

        is not submitted.

       ※「국민건강보험법 시행규칙」개정에 따라 2021년 3월부터 외국인 유학생도 국민건강

          보험 지역가입자로 당연 가입되고 있으나, 학생의 출입국 상황에 따라 가입이 

          이루어 지지 않는 학생도 있는 등 의료 공백이 발생할 수 있는바, 대학원에서는 

          모든 재학생들의 개인 건강보험(민간보험) 가입을 필수화 하였음 (게시공문 

          대학원-223, 2021.03.17. 대학원 외국인 유학생 보험 가입 안내) 

 International students are (will be ) joined National Health Insurance, but there are still medical gap for international students. So, the university made private (DB) 

          insurance mandatory for international students.

 4. 유의사항 Notes and How to apply for International Student Scholarship : attached 

   가. 2023학년도 1학기 이수과목 중 (보충과목, 연구학점 및 연구윤리 포함)  한 과목 이상에서 C학점 이하 취득한 과목이 있는 경우 또는 평점평균이

       3.0 미만인 경우, 장학금 하향 지급되거나 장학금이 지급되지 않음

     1) 2022-1학기 이전 입학자

       가) 외국인장학 50 ~ 100% 대상자 중 하향 지급 대상자→ 최대 30%지급

       나) 외국인장학 30% 대상자 중 하향 지급 대상자 → 장학 미지급

     2) 2022-2학기 이후 입학자

       가) 외국인장학 A~E 대상자 중 하향 지급 대상자 → 최대 외국인장학K지급

       나) 외국인장학 K 대상자 중 하향 지급 대상자 → 장학 미지급

   나. 매 학기 학과심사에 따라 장학지급률을 하향 조정할 수 있음 

   다. 신청내용 및 제출서류에 허위사실이 있는 경우 장학생 자격박탈 및 기지급 장학금 전액 회수
